Pool builder marketing pricing, posted for any shop to read
Pool builder marketing pricing is a short list of monthly figures that any shop can read before it writes to us. Nothing waits behind a form, and no figure shifts with how a conversation goes.

Ads management priced by platform count, with the media bought elsewhere
One ad platform
$895/mo
Choose one platform and we run it: campaign build, ad writing and steady adjustments. Click money goes from your card to the platform itself, so it never shows up on what we bill.
- Your pick of Google Ads, Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising) or Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)
- You own the ad account and its login, and we work inside it as your manager
- Ad copy, keyword lists and call tracking prepared by us before a single click is bought
- Negative keywords filter out do-it-yourself kits, supply shoppers and cleaning or repair-only searches
- Clicks are charged to your card by the platform itself
- A monthly sheet comparing spend with calls and design-consult requests
Two ad platforms
$1,595/mo
Add a second platform beside the first and homeowners get another way to find you, planned and reported as one effort. Each platform charges your card for clicks; we charge a flat fee for the work.
- Two platforms picked by you, for instance Google Ads next to Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)
- You own both ad accounts and their logins, and we work inside them as your manager
- Ad copy, keyword lists and call tracking prepared by us before a single click is bought
- Negative keywords filter out do-it-yourself kits, supply shoppers and cleaning or repair-only searches
- Every click is charged to your card by the platform that served it
- A monthly sheet comparing spend with calls and design-consult requests
Three ad platforms
$2,295/mo
All three big ad platforms at once, planned as a set and summed up in a single report. You pay each platform for its clicks; our flat monthly fee covers the building and the watching.
- All of Google Ads, Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) running together
- You own all three ad accounts and their logins, and we work inside them as your manager

Choosing a tier by pool types, towns, crews and showrooms
Count the pool types you build and the towns you want to hear from. A one-crew shop that digs gunite in a handful of towns often finds the smallest tier plenty. A company with fiberglass, vinyl liner, renovation and a spa line, working across a wide map from several showrooms, has more pages to write and more listings to keep straight, which points to a higher tier.
Then ask whether your website needs rebuilding. If the current one is slow, thin or hard to edit, a tier with a managed website saves a separate project. If it already shows finished pools well, the lean tier leaves it alone. See the services overview for the bigger picture.
Questions a pool company asks about agreements, ad spend and websites
Does a pool company sign a long agreement to start?
No. Each plan runs one month at a time and carries neither a contract nor a startup fee. If your dig calendar fills and you want a pause, you tell us and the next invoice simply does not come.
Is the ad spend for the pool campaigns included in the plan?
No. Management runs $895 a month with a single platform, $1,595 across two and $2,295 across three. What the platforms charge for clicks is separate and goes from your card to the platform. Ad accounts stay in your name.
Can a pool builder buy a website without the search plan?
Not on its own. The website arrives inside Gold at $2,495 a month and Platinum at $3,495, hosted and maintained by us. Silver, at $1,495 a month, comes without one.
Does a Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) campaign count as one of the platforms?
It does. Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) sits beside Google Ads and Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising) as a platform of its own. Plenty of pool companies begin with Google alone and bring in Meta when they want finished-pool photos shown to nearby homeowners.
How many build slots are still open this season?
Tell us which pool styles you most want to sell, which towns you work in and how far out your dig calendar runs. You get one monthly price and a candid view of what would help. Leave out homeowner names and street addresses; this is a marketing note, not a job file.
The springboard and the ripples are a drawing for fun. It predicts nothing about any pool company, season or backlog.
